about the moti cares foundation
Inspired by Zunaid Moti’s deep-rooted principles of responsibility, family, and care for the less fortunate, the Foundation’s impact can be seen in the millions of meals shared, the warmth of hundreds of thousands of blankets shielding families from the cold, and the happiness on the faces of young children, each a powerful and heartwarming reminder that no one is ever alone.
Since its founding in 2000, the Moti Cares Foundation has become an important source of hope and support for those living on the margins, consistently showing up and stepping in to provide critical aid.

“giving is an act of kindness and generosity that’s physically and spiritually healing to the one who gives, as much as it is for the one who receives.” – zunaid moti
our Mission
Our mission is to serve those who are often overlooked – meeting real human needs through practical support and hands-on outreach, while bringing joy and comfort with every blanket, every food parcel, and every smile. In this way, we hope to inspire a culture of generosity that uplifts all.
our Vision

We envision an Africa where no person is forgotten, and where compassion and the spirit of ubuntu replace indifference to the plight of the poor. Through small acts of care, we believe we can inspire others to support those in need, restore hope, and even save lives.
our Focus
At the Moti Cares Foundation, we seek to make an impact by listening and responding to the needs of real people through community-rooted, purposeful giving.
We do not accept public donations, but we welcome your voice and the opportunity for new partnerships. Through our social media platforms or the contact form on our website, we invite you to nominate communities, families, or causes that require assistance.
our outreach includes:

-
Emergency relief for families in crisis, including food parcels, water, and blankets in the aftermath of floods, fires, and social unrest.
-
Support for grassroots charities and NGOs working in poverty alleviation.
-
Community care initiatives focused on women, children, the elderly, and persons with disabilities or illnesses.
